Positive way

-Tolerante And respectful: I demonstrated respect for all people with whom I have been working and also to the people who have helped, because often people come from different backgrounds, and try to understand their ideas and problems to know better as help them without making them feel uncomfortable and respected at the same time.
-professional: I've been getting dressed professionally and arriving in time to have a proper work ethic, while addressing the people around me correctly, to understand more the work environment and seeing examples of how to be properly dressed and acting professionally can do the difference in any job.

What causes me to work harder

-Can Work with others: many of the activities that have been made are for one person, such as updating information on the computer or organizing documents, so I could not do teamwork, so I could not share ideas or points of view, I would like to change in the future to be on a team work environment, in order to develop myself all arround different people and points of view.
